The Elms is perfectly placed within easy walking distance to the Avondale Town Centre and all public transport links.

The land forms part of the Avondale Jockey Club but is surplus to its operational requirements. Resource Consent has been granted for the land to be subdivided and create a new freehold title zoned for the development of Terrace Housing and Apartments Buildings to a maximum height of 21 metres.
